VDA 6.3 is a quality management standard for the automotive industry that was developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). The standard is specifically designed for the automotive industry and provides a comprehensive set of requirements for quality management systems in this sector.

As a IATF 16949:2009 certified machining parts manufacturer, we are now doing more. Since late 2014, we are using the MES system(Manufacturing Execution System Association)to improve our whole production management. All managers could know the status of how the parts are being made at a certain moment.     We have experienced engineers to confirm the feasibility of the order, production cycle, price, etc

  • Raw Material Inspection

    Incoming material is inspected and electronically documented into our MES system. Our production department ensures the material matches requirements of the customer.

  • Reciving Inspection

    We will submit the complete project plan and production plan to workshop to ensure that the products are produced in order and according to the production process. After production starts, customers can contact customer service at any time to know the production status of the products.

  • In-Process Inspecting and Testing

    Sample inspections are performed throughout the whole production run. Our production operators test and inspect on a real time basis, ensuring work is performed according to the customer specifications and quality management system requirements

  • Outsourced Parts

    SaveTech inspection all subcontracted product received, and visit subcontracted workshops reregularly to ensure our production quality is matched.

  • Optimization

    After each order is completed, we analyze the data according to the production data, scrap rate, loss, etc. to optimize the production process. To save time, improve efficiency and quality for the next order.
