Savetech has 5 main machining workshops with a variety of machines: CNC centers, CNC lathes, bar-feeding CNC machines, grinding machines, lathes, automatic lathes, cold heading machines, punching machines, wire-electrode cutting, milling machines, etc.

Precision Milling Workshop

In SAVETECH milling shop we have 12 3-axis CNC milling machine with experieced operators. It allows us to make parts from simple flange to process complex modelled parts.

Efficient 6-axis CNC Machining

The Italtian designed 6-axis machine is the GEM of SAVETECH. It allow us to produce wide range of parts with consistant quality and massive quantity .

You can always trust your product is in good hands with SAVETECH. With our MES and ERP system, we trace down to every single piece in our inventory knowing the exact full timeline of the product.

We commonly could make the precision parts whose outer diameter range from ∅1mm to ∅180mm (the most competitive is from ∅5mm to ∅50mm), the length range from 3mm to 350mm, and the general tolerance could reach ±0.015. But for the outer diameter, the tolerance could reach 0.002mm by grinding machine.

Only with the CNC lathe, the surface roughness would be as good as the followings: stainless steel and brass could reach Ra0.8; carbon steel & alloy steel could reach Ra2.5, and even aluminum could reach 0.4. With the help of an outer grinder, the surface roughness could even reach Ra0.2 or better.

Our annual throughput has up to 30,000,000 pcs and we could do more. And we keep growing. We could accept the soft wares, such as Auto CAD, Pro E, DWG, PDF, JPG, etc. We would also provide you with the PPAP if you need it.

We work with a broad range of materials from carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel to aluminum, brass, etc. If you have some other materials to be produced, please also let us know. Our engineers would do the evaluation.

Meanwhile, we do have good and various surface treatment suppliers, such as zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, anodizing, black oxide, heat treatment, passivation, DACROMET, and PTFE, etc.
